Annual Congress of IDDST 2 nd was held on November 1 st – 4 th , 2004 at Dalian, which was authorized by Ministry of Public Health, directed by World High Technology Society (WHTS), China Bio-medication Technology Association, Chinese Academy of Medical Science, Chinese Bioengineering Press, Zhen ao Group, and undertaken by Dalian Bio Integration Technology, lnc. Dr. Gunter Blobel, Nobel Prize Laureate in Medicine, 1999, more than 100 domestic and international leading scientists and executives were invited together for new drug discovery. We also invited hundreds of Sino-Chinese bio-medication technology experts who have acquired some achievements abroad, who are studying abroad and who have already returned, and executives from domestic and international famous bio-medication companies. Almost 1000 people attended the conference.
Dr. Xiaodan Mei, president of WHTS visited Dalian, Nanjing and Shanghai satellite venues on November 3 rd -8 th with delegation. They were accorded the most courteous reception wherever they visited.
