Call for papers
Experts from both academia and commerce are invited to present contemporary information from current research through to commercial implementation of new technologies. If you would like to submit a proposal for a presentation at this meeting, please send us an abstract of your recent work for consideration. Preference will be given to early submissions.
Original papers in Annual Book of IDDST will represent a wide range of experimental systems, experimental approaches and commercial implementation of new technologies including, Biochemistry, Drug Search, Lead Finding, Drug Discovery, Chemistry Techniques, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Drug Metabolism, Discovery Informatics, Predictive Toxicology/ADMET, Business Aspect of Drug Discovery etc. Reviews will highlight progress and discuss current thinking on Annual Book of IDDST in a format accessible to a wide academic and industrial audience.
Annual Book of IDDST will be published both in print and online. Original research will be published as full-length reports or brief communications. Solicited and submitted reviews and timely commentary on significant developments will also be published. All manuscripts will be subjected to peer review. Accepted manuscripts will be made available on the journal's web site immediately. Each contribution will be rigorously reviewed by at least two experts who are either members of the Editorial Board or are recruited by board members. Reviewers will be asked to comment on the following aspects of the submitted manuscripts: significance, design, data, conclusions, presentation, and novelty. The overriding criteria for publication are originality, outstanding scientific merit and general interest.
The goal of Annual Book of IDDST is to foster exchange and interdisciplinary efforts among investigators through rapid publication. The Editorial Board, comprised of members from around the world, will strive to maintain the highest standards for excellence in order to generate a valuable resource for an international readership.
The Third issue of Annual Book of IDDST will be published in the October of 2005 . Manuscripts are now being accepted. Please refer to the submission guidelines for instructions.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts (overviews) are limited to 500 words in length and must be presented on a single page. Time allotted for oral presentations will be 25 to 40 minutes, as determined by the committee. Presentations must present new data of professional or scientific interest to the pharmaceutical research professional.
- The author must certify that no prior copyright or ownership applies to their paper. Once a presentation is accepted, content may not be significantly revised prior to presentation at the annual conference.
- Each abstract submission will include a computer diskette (or email attachment). Submissions and supporting diskettes and documentation will not be returned to you.
- Timely submission will allow the committee an early decision regarding your paper.
- The document should be in Microsoft Word (*.doc), the document should be named as author's name, the content should be in English and author's autobiography is obligatory.
- The paper should be attached by author's name, telephone number, detail address, post code and e-mail address.
