Cancellations must be made in writing by fax(0086-411-84799629) or email (emily@iddst.com) before March 31, 2007. If cancellations, 10 percentage of Cancellations Fee will be charged. No refund will be made after March 31, 2007. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
